Payment is collected at checkout. You're welcome to pay using PayPal or any major credit card.

Design-Your-Own Neon Signs

When you create a custom sign using our online design tool, full payment is taken at the time of purchase. PayPal and major credit cards are both accepted.

Custom Designs With Our Team

Full payment is required before we begin production. Once you approve your final design, we'll send you an invoice by email — pay via PayPal or credit card and your sign officially enters production.

Shipping Costs

Loopacy proudly offers FREE standard shipping worldwide, no matter your order total.

Ireland – Free standard shipping
United States – Free standard shipping
United Kingdom – Free standard shipping
Australia – Free standard shipping
Everywhere else – Free standard shipping internationally

Typical delivery time for standard orders is 3–4 weeks, including production and transit.

Standard Order Turnaround Time

Every Loopacy sign is custom-made. Our maximum turnaround time is 4 weeks, though most customers receive their glowing creation in about 2–3 weeks. Customs processing may delay delivery in some regions.

Need it sooner? We offer a Fast Track option for an extra fee. If we can't deliver within 3 weeks, we'll refund the difference between Standard and Fast Track rates.

Where Loopacy Ships

We ship to physical addresses across all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, plus many international destinations.

PO Boxes: Due to the size and value of our signs, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: In most cases we're unable to ship to these locations. Contact us and depending on your situation, we may be able to arrange special handling.

If Your Sign Arrives Damaged

While rare, transit damage can happen. Open your package as soon as it arrives. To qualify for a replacement, damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To file a claim, please send us: a clear photo of the damage on the sign, a photo of the shipping box including any visible damage, and a photo of the shipping label. Email your Loopacy designer or use the contact form and select Delivery / Faults / Returns.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Items

Lost or Stolen Packages

We use premium express shipping services. Loopacy cannot be held responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost, missing, or stolen after handover.

Missing Items

Check your package on arrival. Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement.
