Most orders arrive in 2–3 weeks (4–7 days production + shipping). We also offer a fast-track option for quicker delivery.
Do you really offer free shipping worldwide?
Yes — free standard shipping to every country, no minimum order value required.
Can I customize any text or design?
Absolutely. Our online neon builder lets you create completely custom signs with your own text, fonts, colors, sizes, and even upload images.
What is your return policy?
Buyer’s remorse returns are accepted within 7 days if the box is unopened. Faulty items are covered under our 1–2 year warranty with photo/video proof.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
We do not ship to PO Boxes due to the size and value of the signs. APO/FPO/DPO shipping is limited — please contact us for special arrangements.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Report damage within 7 days with photos of the sign, box, and label. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Are installation costs covered by warranty?
No. Installation, uninstallation, hardwiring, or professional mounting costs are not covered by the warranty.
