We want you to love your sign. If something isn't light, we're here to make it right.
At Loopacy, we truly want you to feel great about your sign. If something isn't working quite right, we're here to support you and make things as stress-free as possible. For faulty products, we'll work with you to find the best solution — whether that ends up being a repair, replacement, refund, or partial refund.
If a product issue is caused by a manufacturing or quality defect, Loopacy will resolve the issue promptly and ensure you do not bear any risk, provided the damage was not caused by misuse or external factors.
If a product develops a fault within 24 months, we'll review the situation carefully and decide on the most appropriate next step.
To help us understand what's going on, we need both photos and a video of the issue. This lets us diagnose things accurately and offer the right kind of help. Once we have everything, we'll reach out and guide you through what happens next.
Please make sure to return faulty items in their original condition and packaging, as this helps us process things smoothly.
If a refund (full or partial) is approved, we'll let you know when to expect it so there are no surprises.
For buyer's remorse returns, you're welcome to send the sign back within 7 days, as long as the box hasn't been opened.
Regarding custom made products, all sales are final.
Email us at hello@loopacy.com with your order number and a quick description of what you'd like to return. We'll follow up promptly with the steps.
All of our indoor signs include a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase (for signs bought after December 2025; earlier purchases include a 1-year warranty).
Outdoor signs come with a 1-year warranty.
Installation and uninstallation costs are not covered under warranty.
If your sign seems to have a fault, we'll ask for photos and videos so we can take a closer look, and in some cases we may need the sign returned for repair or replacement.
If your sign has been hardwired or professionally installed, we'll determine at our discretion whether the issue falls under the warranty. Costs related to uninstalling or reinstalling the sign are not covered.
We truly believe all of our signs are made with love and care. These terms are just precautionary in the unlikely event something unexpected occurs — we'll always do our best to make things right.
