Shop Signs & Ready-Made Products
For any sign or product purchased directly through the Loopacy online shop, payment is collected at checkout. You’re welcome to pay using PayPal or any major credit card.
Design-Your-Own Neon Signs
When you create a custom sign using our online design tool, full payment is taken at the time of purchase. PayPal and major credit cards are both accepted.
Custom Designs Created With Our Team
If you’re collaborating with one of our Loopacy designers for a bespoke piece, full payment is required before we begin production. Once you approve your final design, we’ll send you an invoice by email. You can pay through PayPal or with a major credit card. After payment is received, your sign officially enters production.

Loopacy proudly offers FREE standard shipping worldwide, no matter your order total.
- United States – Free standard shipping
- United Kingdom – Free standard shipping
- Australia – Free standard shipping
- Everywhere else – Free standard shipping internationally
Typical delivery time for standard orders is 3–4 weeks, including production and transit.
Standard Order Turnaround Time
Every Loopacy sign is custom-made, so production and shipping are both part of the timeline. Our maximum turnaround time is 4 weeks, though most customers receive their glowing creation in about 2-3 weeks. As always, customs processing may delay delivery in some regions.
Alternatively if time isn't on your side and you'd like to fast track your order, we have an option to rush an order for an extra fee. If we cannot be delivered within 3 weeks, we will refund the difference between the Standard and Fast Track shipping rates.
Where Loopacy Ships
Loopacy ships to physical addresses across all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, along with many international destinations.
PO Boxes: Due to the size and value of our signs, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: In most cases, we’re unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO locations. If you need to place an order for multiple signs, contact us — depending on your situation, we may be able to arrange special handling.
If Your Sign Arrives Damaged
While it’s rare, damage during transit can happen. If your Loopacy sign arrives damaged, we’ll take care of it. We strongly recommend opening your Loopacy package as soon as it arrives. To qualify for a replacement, damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will follow our general returns & warranty policies.
To file a damage claim (within 7 days), please provide: a clear photo of the damage on the sign, a clear photo of the shipping box including any visible damage, and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box. Email your Loopacy designer or select Delivery / Faults / Returns on our contact form, and we’ll handle the rest.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Loopacy uses premium express shipping services that require a signature upon delivery. You may choose to waive this requirement directly through the shipping service after your order has shipped. However, please note: If you opt out of the signature requirement, Loopacy cannot be held responsible for parcels marked as “delivered” that are lost, missing, or stolen.
Missing Items
Open your Loopacy package upon arrival to make sure everything is included. If something is missing, we’ll resolve it for you. Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement.
