Absolutely. Our online neon builder lets you create completely custom signs with your own text, fonts, colors, sizes, and even upload images.
Buyer's remorse returns are accepted within 7 days if the box is unopened. Faulty items are covered under our 1–2 year warranty with photo/video proof.
We do not ship to PO Boxes due to the size and value of the signs. APO/FPO/DPO shipping is limited — please contact us for special arrangements.
Report damage within 7 days with photos of the sign, box, and label. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
No. Installation, uninstallation, hardwiring, or professional mounting costs are not covered by the warranty.
