Loopacy is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information with complete transparency. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how your custom creations are handled throughout the ordering process.

1. What Stays on Your Device

Anything you create, design, or work on using our website or tools stays entirely on your own device unless you choose to upload it to us via the "Add to Cart" button in order to fulfill and finalize your customized product. We do not have access to designs you are actively customizing on our live neon builder unless you choose to do so to fulfill your order.

2. What We Collect

Loopacy only collects the information necessary to process and fulfill your order. This includes:

• Basic personal information (name, email, shipping address)
• Payment information (processed by secure third-party payment providers)
• The product details and artwork you intentionally upload for your custom order

We do not collect unnecessary or sensitive personal data. We only gather what is essential to complete your purchase and provide customer support.

3. Access to Your Uploaded Artwork

If you upload an image, artwork, or design for a custom product, it is temporarily stored on our secure system solely for production purposes after the "Add to Cart" is activated in order to create your own custom product. Only authorized Loopacy staff who are directly involved in creating, processing, or delivering your order can view the uploaded file. No one else has access. Your design is never shared, reused, or repurposed without your explicit consent.

4. Deletion of Your Uploaded Files

Once your order is completed and delivered, any custom artwork, image, or file you uploaded is permanently removed from our servers. We do not archive or store custom creations after production is finished, alternatively, you may delete it at your own choosing and begin the customization process again. Your design is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and is not kept afterwards.

5. How We Use Your Information

Any personal information you provide is used for the following purposes:

• To process and produce your order
• To deliver your items
• To communicate with you regarding your purchase
• To provide customer support
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and Website Data

We may use standard cookies or analytics tools to help us understand website performance and improve the experience. These tools cannot access your device's storage or any files you create locally.

7. Security

We maintain strict security measures to protect the information temporarily stored on our systems. Uploaded designs are treated as confidential and only available to staff involved in production.

8. Your Rights

Because Loopacy operates from Ireland, you have full GDPR rights, including the right to access, update, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. Other privacy rules apply depending on your jurisdiction.

9. Children’s Privacy

Loopacy does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If such information is provided in error, we will remove it promptly.

Loopacy may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
