Full payment is required at the time of checkout or before production begins for custom designs. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout.

You retain ownership of your original designs. By submitting a design, you grant Loopacy a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to produce and deliver the neon sign exactly as specified. We do not claim ownership or reuse your designs without consent.

Please refer to our Returns & Warranty policy. All warranty claims require supporting photos and/or video.

Loopacy's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
