Refund policy

Here at Loopacy, we hold our products to high standard and have customer satisfaction at the forefront of our operations, a happy looper is our north star! 

If by any chance you've had a change of heart about one of our awesome products within 11 days of getting it, no worries! We'll gladly give you a full refund for your order, minus the shipping cost because, well, we gotta keep the lights on somehow, right?

Just a quick reminder: The item needs to be unused and in its original condition

In the event your order shows up looking like it got in a fight with the delivery guy; shoot us an email at support@loopacy.com! Don't forget to attach a snapshot of the poor thing's condition along with your order number. We'll tackle these mishaps one by one, but we promise to sprinkle some magic dust and work our way to a happy ending! We'll either replace your damaged item (at no extra cost, with express shipping) or refund the amount paid.
