We take our delivery game seriously and aim to get our products to our loopers worldwide in a hurry (we know what it's like to look out the window waiting for the delivery man to appear). As a company based in Ireland, Spain, and North America, we've got the inside scoop on faster shipping times in these areas.

Shipping Fees:

All of our products come with a carbon-neutral Free Loopery (our version of delivery) option. 

Need it there yesterday? Our Express Loopery option is perfect for gifts meant to hit the mark on birthdays, anniversaries, or any other occasion where timing is everything. Curious about the express lane? You'll get the scoop on pricing after check-out!

Order Processing: 

We kindly ask for your patience as we work diligently to process your order within the next 24 hours. Keep an eye on your inbox, as you can expect an email notification within 24-48 hours confirming that your order is en route to you!

Shipping times for the European Union and North America:

Most of our collections will be at your doorstep within 7 business days from shipping.

However, some products might take a bit longer to arrive. If your order includes heavy elements or batteries, it might need a little extra travel time.

Item tracking is standard for all of our products so you can rest assure theres no loops you have to go through!

 

Import duties:

VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the purchase price of all of our products, but import duties? Well, that’s a different story. Some countries’ governments love to add their own little surprise fees. It’s up to you, dear looper, to check in with your local authorities before splurging on our fabulous loopacy collections. Think of it as a treasure hunt: if your item is below a certain price, you're in the clear; if it's higher, you might have to pay the toll to the customs trolls. But fear not, these fees are like unicorns—rare and only spotted under certain conditions. So, for most of you, there's nothing to worry about!
